OVERNIGHT HOT DISH 
2 c. chicken, turkey or tuna
1 1/2 c. macaroni, uncooked
2 cans cream soup (mushroom, celery, chicken)
2 cans milk
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped (opt.)
4 hard cooked eggs, diced
1 1/2 c. grated cheese

Combine all ingredients and allow to stand in refrigerator, covered, overnight or 6 to 8 hours. Heat in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
