CHEESY POTATO SOUP | |
1 tbsp. instant minced onion 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. bacon bits 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon 1 1/4 c. mashed potato flakes 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese Combine first 3 ingredients with 2 1/2 cups water in skillet. Simmer, covered for 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients in order listed. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted, stirring constantly. Do not boil. |
