HOT APPLE CIDER PUNCH 
1 gallon apple cider
2 tsp. whole cloves
2 tsp. whole allspice
2 cinnamon sticks
2/3 c. sugar
2 oranges, stuffed with cloves

Heat cider, cloves, allspice, cinnamon and sugar to boiling. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, strain punch and pour into punch bowl. Float oranges in bowl or you can wrap whole cloves in cheesecloth. That way you won't have to strain punch. After cooking for 20 minutes, pour into crock pot on low to keep even temperature. Makes 32 (1/2 cup) servings.
