UNCLE JOHN'S BEEF GOULASH 
6 sm. onions
2 tbsp. paprika
2 lb. stew beef
2 sm. peppers, chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
Oil
2 tbsp. sour cream (optional)
Salt
Pepper

Slowly cook 6 small onions in oil until soft. Add paprika to onions. Add meat and cook until it comes to a boil, lower to a simmer. Add peppers, can of chopped stewed tomatoes, 2 cloves garlic, salt, and pepper.

Cook slowly for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Keep lid on while cooking! If sour cream is added, mix with goulash juice and then add to pot.
