SICILIAN SUPPER 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. egg noodles

Brown meat and add onion. Cook until tender. Add tomato paste, water, salt and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes. Heat milk and cream cheese. Blend well. Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, green peppers and cooked noodles in casserole dish in layers and meat sauce. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake at 350 degrees. 20 minutes.
