WILTED SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
6 slices fried crisp bacon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 hard boiled egg, chopped

Wash and clean spinach. Pat dry and tear into bowl. Add onion; sprinkle with pepper. Add vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and salt to bacon grease. Add crumbled bacon to spinach. Pour on dressing and toss well. Top with egg.
