TWICE TOASTED SLICES 
Sliced bread (Vienna, French, Italian works best)
Oregano
Shredded Parmesan and Romano cheeses
Olive oil

Toast bread until light brown. Brush with olive oil. Sprinkle oregano on bread. Cover top completely with cheese (you may use just Parmesan cheese if desired). Do not use canned Parmesan cheese (it is too dry.)

Toast bread again until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
