1 box Duncan Hines golden cake mix
1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
11 oz. can mandarin oranges (drained)

ICING:

1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 (3 oz.) box vanilla instant pudding

Mix cake mix and Wesson oil in large bowl. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one. Add mandarin oranges. Mix well and pour in greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 28 minutes. Cool well before icing.
