1 stick butter
3 eggs
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup white syrup
1 cup nuts, whole or chopped

Combine all ingredients above and pour into a deep dish pie shell.

Bake at 300°F for 1 hour or until set.
