BAKED PEAR AMBROSIA 
4 pears
2 oranges, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. orange juice
2 bananas, mashed smoothly
1/4 c. honey
Coconut

Cut pears in half; remove cores and stems. Arrange in shallow baking dish with orange slices. Mix orange juice, mashed bananas and honey together and pour over fruit. Cover.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover, spoon syrup over and bake 10 minutes more. Sprinkle with coconut. Serve warm or cold.
