CHICKEN VALHALLA 
4 thin slices baked ham, cut in 1/2
4 whole chicken breasts, split and boned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Irish mist liqueur
1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms

In 6 x 10 baking dish, arrange slices of ham. On each ham slice, place a chicken breast skin side up. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over all, covering chicken completely. Bake in preheated oven at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

Easy to make; to save time, buy boneless breasts of chicken; 8 pieces; and sliced ham from deli. Preparation time, 15 minutes. Cooking time 1 1/2 hours.

Serve over bed of wild rice if desired. I usually serve cooked carrots and tender tiny peas as vegetable. Wine--Bolla Soave or Glen Ellen white zinfandel.
