SCALLOPED TURKEY OR CHICKEN 
2 1/2 c. turkey or chicken
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. cubed cheddar cheese, optional
1/8 tsp. basil
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 c. finely crushed cracker crumbs

Combine turkey, soup, water, cheese, and seasonings in a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake in a hot oven (400 degrees) for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with choice of vegetables.
