PEANUT BUTTER LOGS 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 box powdered sugar (1 lb.)
1 c. coconut
1/2 lb. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

In a large bowl, mix together with hands and roll in logs. Place in freezer until real firm. Dip in chocolate with toothpick and drop on wax paper.
