GRANOLA 
4 c. reg. oatmeal
2 c. wheat germ, toasted
1 c. sesame or sunflower seeds
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. coconut
3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
3/4 c. cooking oil
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins or dates (optional)

Mix all ingredients together and spread on jelly roll pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir halfway through.
