TERIYAKI STEAK A LA ENNIS 
4 steaks (sirloin tip about 1/2 inch thick)

SAUCE:

3/4 c. shoyu (soy sauce)
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. saki

Prepare sauce by mixing shoyu, sugar, saki. Marinate steak in sauce for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Remove from sauce and place in hot broiler. While broiling baste about three times with sauce. When steak is done cut into 1 inch wide strips, and serve hot, sprinkled with a little of the warmed sauce, serve with hot rice.
