TUNNEL OF FUDGE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. butter soft
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
3 1/3 c. or 12 oz. pkg. of creamy double dutch frosting mix or fudge flavor frosting mix
2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans, optional

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease and flour 12 cup bundt pan. Cream butter. Add eggs, beat well. Add sugar, beat until light and fluffy. Stir in flour, dry frosting mix and nuts ( if desired) by hand. Bake 60 to 65 minutes. Test after 60 minutes by observing a dry, shiny brownie, type crust. Cool 30 minutes remove from pan. Cake will have moist center called the "Tunnel of Fudge."
