RHUBARB CAKE 
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 c. sweet cream
1 1/2 c. rhubarb
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. flour
Pinch of salt

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
Sprinkle over top
Cake 1/2 c. walnut
Sprinkle over sugar

Mix egg, sugar, cream. Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add chopped rhubarb, put in 9 x 13 greased pan. Cover with Topping. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
