EXTREMELY EASY FRUIT COBBLER
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar

To this SLOWLY add 1 cup of milk. Mix until you have a pancake-like batter.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a 3-quart baking dish, place 1 stick of butter. Put in oven to melt. When melted, pour your batter in the dish and then add whatever type of fruit you want. If you use canned peaches, remember to drain them first so as not to make your cobbler too juicy.

You can experiment with this recipe to suit your taste buds, so any kind of canned pie filling can be used for your fruit cobbler.

My southern grandmother used this recipe, and I have always enjoyed it. My mother had the recipe, and used blueberries for the fruit. It is extremely easy and quite delicious. Thank you for sharing it.

Recipe works better in 8x11-inch glass dish on 375°F for 30 minutes or so. Must watch it. Very good, very easy.
