ROAST LOIN OF PORK 
1 boneless pork loin roast (2 1/2 to 3 lbs.)
1 tsp. powdered mustard
1 tsp. marjoram leaves
1 tsp. salt

Place roast on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and rub over surface of roast. Insert a meat thermometer. Roast at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes per pound or until thermometer reads 170 degrees. Slice and weight 4 ounce roast part per portion. Serve with 1 cup salad. Single serving = 4 ounces protein, 1 cup salad.
