CORN DOGS 
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. Vegetable oil
8 weiners
Wooden skewers

Combine cornmeal, 1/2 cup flour, paprika, salt, garlic salt and pepper, mixing lightly. Add milk, egg and 2 tablespoon oil; beat with fork until smooth. Roll each weiner in batter, allowing excess to drain. Fry in vegetable oil 2 or 3 minutes or until brown. Drain. Insert wooden skewers.
