PIZZA BURGERS | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 lb. luncheon ham, ground 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sage 1 tbsp. oregano 2 c. spaghetti sauce 2/3 lb. cheese, grated 1/3 c. parsley 1 1/2 doz. hamburger buns Brown meat and stir until crumbly; cool. Put luncheon ham through meat grinder. Add luncheon ham and seasonings to meat mixture. Add spaghetti sauce, grated cheese and chopped parsley. Mix. Spoon on bun halves and bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Serves 8. |
