CRANBERRY MOLD 
2 pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 sm. cans crushed pineapple, with juice
2 (16 oz.) cans cranberry (1 whole and 1 jellied)
4 tbsp. butter, room temperature
4 tbsp. sugar

Cream together cheese, butter, sugar. Stir in Cool Whip. Add pineapple and juice, cranberries. Fold together.

Place in 2 loaf pans. Freeze. Take out 5 minutes before serving. Cut and serve with your Thanksgiving turkey!

Makes 2 loaves.
