SHRIMP SPREAD FOR CRACKERS 
1 lb. shrimp
2 lemons
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 small onion
1 pt. of Hellmanns mayonnaise (may not need whole pint)

Boil or steam shrimp. Cut into small pieces. Marinate in juice of lemons at least 2 hours. Add Worcestershire sauce, grated onion and mayonnaise. Give some time for flavors to meld.
