ASPARAGUS PIE 
1 1/2 c. asparagus spears, cut
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 inch) pie crust, unbaked
Slivered almonds, toasted

Mix together asparagus spears, cheese, lemon juice, and mayonnaise. Put into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with toasted slivered almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
