FROSTED SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. lemon or lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
10 oz. 7-Up
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained (reserve juice)
2 lg. bananas, sliced
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. pineapple juice (from can of pineapple)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
1/2 c. shredded coconut

Dissolve Jello in water. Add 7-Up. Mix and chill in 13 x 9 inch glass baking pan until syrupy. Add pineapple, bananas and marshmallows. Chill until firm.

In another saucepan, combine sugar, flour, egg, juice and cook until thick. Remove from heat. Stir in cream cheese. Beat well. Fold in 1 carton of Cool Whip into cheese mixture. Spread over Jello. Sprinkle coconut over top if desired.
