SPAGHETTI WITH SPINACH & BACON | |
1 pkg. frozen creamed spinach, thawed 3/4 c. milk Pepper to taste 1 clove garlic, minced (opt.) 2 tbsp. oil 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked & drained 8 oz. cooked bacon, crumbled 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese Over medium heat, cook the spinach, milk and pepper, stirring occasionally until heated through and well blended. Keep hot. Meanwhile, saute garlic in oil. Toss with spaghetti (I microwave garlic and oil). Add spinach mixture to spaghetti. Sprinkle with bacon. Serve with Parmesan cheese. Serves 4. |
