SWEET CORN SALAD 
1 (17 oz.) can sweet corn, drained
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
3 chopped pimentos
4 chopped spring onions

DRESSING:

1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tsp. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed

Mix dressing in a jar. Shake well. Combine corn, green pepper, pimentos, and onions. Pour dressing over vegetables. Refrigerate overnight.
