CHOCOLATE CRINKLES 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. white sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix vegetable oil, cocoa and sugar. Add vanilla and dry ingredients. Mix well. Chill several hours. Drop by teaspoon in powdered sugar, shape into balls and drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees, but do not overbake. Makes approximately 3 1/2 dozen.
