SAUCE
 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. finely chopped frozen broccoli, thawed & squeezed dry
2 c. prepared herb stuffing, crushed fine
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 c. butter, melted
4 sm. green onions, finely chopped
3 eggs, beaten
Dash of nutmeg

SAUCE:

1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
