STRAWBERRY PECAN SPREAD (Pass) | |
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 c. strawberries, chopped 1/4 c. chopped pecans 2 tbsp. honey 1/8 tsp. ginger In small bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients; blend well. Refrigerate several hours to blend flavors. Serve as spread on thinly sliced nut bread, crackers. Can be used as a fruit dip, add 1 tablespoon milk. Stir. Makes 1 1/2 cups. |
