1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. sugar
3 c. milk
1 large instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 lb. Oreo cookies

Finely crush all cookies.

Bowl 1: Cream butter and cream cheese. Add sugar and Cool Whip; mix well.

Bowl 2: Combine milk, pudding and vanilla. When set, add this to Bowl 1.

Put 1/2 of crushed cookies in bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Pour the filling mixture on top of this. Top the filling with the remaining dirt.

Chill for 10 to 12 hours before serving. Can add gummy worms on top for effect.
