MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. macaroni
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, shredded
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. wine vinegar
1 c. sugar
2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Grated cheese (optional)

Cook macaroni. Drain and rinse under cold water. Mix vegetables together and add to macaroni. Combine last six ingredients and mix with macaroni and vegetables. Chill overnight. May add a little grated cheese, if desired.
