8 oz. fettuccine 3 cloves garlic, chopped 3 tbsp. chopped basil, fresh 1/4 c. chopped parsley 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. chopped pine nuts 1/3 c. good olive oil 1/4 c. butter Cook fettuccine and drain. Add to processor garlic, basil, parsley, cheese and nuts. Add olive oil and butter. Process until smooth. Heat. Can add tomato slices on top and cooked bits of bacon. Serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. |
