POTATOES MILANESE 
2 - 2 1/2 lbs. potatoes
2/3 c. milk
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Peel and slice potatoes, boil until tender. Drain water off and proceed like mashed potatoes. While whipping add the butter and milk, whip until fluffy. Blend in 1/2 cup of the grated cheese, salt and pepper. Spoon the potatoes into a buttered gelatin or souffle dish. Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes or until browned.
