TURKEY POT PIE 
2-3 c. mixed vegetables
5 c. turkey
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. crushed thyme
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1 c. light cream or milk
2 c. turkey stock or chicken broth

CRUST:

2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. milk

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix ingredients together in a large pot on the stove. Stir until turkey stock and cream are thick and bubbly.

Roll out crust to 1/4 inch thick. Cover bottom of casserole dish with 1/2 and save the rest. Pour mixture in dish carefully, then cover with the remaining crust. Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until crust is nice and brown.
