SEA SECRET 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of salt and pepper (to taste)
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. celery, finely chopped
8 oz. pkg. shell macaroni, cooked and chilled
Crisp lettuce or salad greens
1 c. shrimp, cooked

Blend mayonnaise, mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice and seasonings. Add to combined shrimp, onion, celery and macaroni; toss lightly. Press mixture into a 1 1/2-quart bowl brushed with mayonnaise. Chill. Unmold on greens; garnish with parsley and cucumber slices, if desired.

As both the soy sauce and the mayonnaise contain salt, go slow about adding more salt to your taste. This is a simple, easy recipe to make but very, very good. It can easily be doubled for a larger dinner. Just use a larger bowl for molding it in. Sometimes I don't even mold it - just serve it out of a crystal bowl with a serving spoon.
