2 pkgs. Jiffy cornbread mix
1 tomato, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, diced
2 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip (may need more)

Bake cornbread according to directions, cool and crumble. Toss remaining ingredients together and chill.
