OVEN - FRIED CHICKEN 
1 c. unseasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp. minced parsley
6 tbsp. butter, melted
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces

In a shallow bowl, thoroughly combine first 6 ingredients. Dip chicken into melted butter, then roll in crumb mixture, shaking off excess. Arrange in lightly greased baking pan without crowding. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown.
