2-1/2 c. (10 oz.) shredded sharp natural cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (2-1/2 oz.) pkg. smoked beef slices, chopped
1/4 c. green onions, sliced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Chopped parsley

Combine the two cheeses, softened. Mixing on medium on mixer until well blended. Add chopped beef, green onion and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Chill overnight. Shape mixture into 7-inch log. Wrap 16 x 1 inch foil strip around log. Roll in parsley. Remove foil, serve with crackers or party rye bread.
