EASY CARAMEL ROLLS | |
2 loaves frozen bread dough 1 c. brown sugar 1/2-1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. butter 2 tbsp. milk Pecans or walnuts 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. vanilla pudding or butterscotch pudding (not instant) Thaw bread but do not let rise - grease 9 x 13 inch cake pan. If using nuts place them in bottom of pan. Tear first loaf of bread into small pieces - roll into small balls, roll balls in cinnamon and brown sugar. Place at random in pan. Melt butter, add milk and pudding - beat until smooth - pour over rolls in pan. Tear second loaf the same as first. Roll in cinnamon and sugar and place balls in empty spots. Cover - let rise 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes and cool 15 minutes. |
