SOUR CREAM CHICKEN 
4 chicken leg quarters
8 strips bacon
1 can dried beef slices
1 pt. sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
Toothpicks

1. Grease bottom of large casserole dish with butter or cooking spray.

2. Wrap each piece of chicken with 2 uncooked strips of bacon, securing with toothpicks.

3. Line the bottom of dish with dried beef and lay chicken on top, spaced evenly around in the dish.

4. In a mixing bowl, stir in sour cream, mushrooms and cans of soup.

5. Spoon in mixture over and around chicken, filling in all spaces, spreading to even surface texture.

6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.

7. Serve chicken with baked potato opened and sauce ladled on top. Serves 4.
