PORK CHOPS WITH POTATOES 
6 pork chops
6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 onion, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. milk or water (to dilute soup)

Brown pork chops, then place in greased casserole dish. Place onion slices over chops. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place potato slices over onions. Pour diluted soup over all. Cover and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
