CHEESE LOAF 
1/4 lb. roquefort cheese
1 lb. cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
salt

Mix all ingredients and make into a loaf. Roll it in 1 c. chopped walnuts. Put in wax paper and leave in freezer 24 hours. Thaw and serve with crackers.
