RHUBARB DESSERT 
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter
Salt

FILLING:

4 c. diced rhubarb
3 beaten egg yolks
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 level tbsp. flour
3/4 c. ream

Mix flour, sugar, butter and salt. Pat in 8x11 pan and bake 10 minutes in 325 degree oven.

Mix remaining ingredients and pour on baked crust. Bake 45 minutes.

Prepare meringue of 3 egg whites adding 5 tablespoons sugar. Spread on top of baked rhubarb and bake until light brown.
