1 c. popcorn, pop and let cool
2 sticks butter
2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. Karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Bring butter, sugar and Karo to boil and cook for 5 minutes. Stir while cooking. Add vanilla and baking soda. Pour over popcorn and stir. Put in oven and bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Stir 2 times while baking.
