ALOHA BREAD | |
1 c. butter 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 c. mashed ripe banana 4 c. sifted flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 c. shredded coconut (opt.) Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs; mix well. Stir in bananas. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Fold in undrained pineapple and coconut. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9"x5" loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Check at 1 hour. Remove from pans to cool. |
