1 (12 oz.) pkg. Nestle's chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/3 stick butter

Melt the above ingredients in the top of a double boiler. When melted remove from stove and add:

1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet. Bake for about 5 minutes at 350 degrees. (Should be soft-not crispy).
