BAKED VIDALIAS 
6 Vidalia onions
6 bouillon cubes
6 tsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste

Peel onions and scoop out a small hole in the top of each. Fill the cavity with a bouillon cube topped with a pat of butter, salt and pepper. Wrap each onion in aluminum foil.

Bake in a 350°F oven about 45 minutes, or until tender or grill on hot coals for about 30 minutes, turning frequently.

Yield: 6 servings.
