FRIED SHRIMP 
1 lb. med. shrimp
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. egg, beaten with 1 tbsp. water
Corn Flake crumbs
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Parsley flakes
Oil for frying

Shell shrimp; sprinkle with lemon juice and let set 15 minutes. Dip in egg, then shake in bag with crumbs mixed with pepper and parsley. Fry in just enough oil to keep from sticking, 3-4 minutes on each side until brown (medium heat). Or bake at 400 degrees about 12 minutes. Serve with tartar sauce or hot cocktail sauce.
