APPLE CRISP 
4 c. apples
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Toss apples with lemon juice and put in a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. nuts (pecans)
1/3 c. melted butter

Combine dry ingredients. Add butter. Mix well. Spread over apples. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
